The higher your amity is the better results you get.
Being among the top 10 of all progressive amity players will raise your chance to get an artisan worker to 50% and otherwise you always get professional ones. If you are number 1 amity player on the server you can choose the worker you want with any skills you desire. But be careful: if you acquired an amity number 1 sign above your character’s head, everybody will focus you in node wars because they all know “you don’t need your energy as you exclusively invest in amity gains, must be a full pen guy.”
