Perfect ogre ring stacks

If you use 38 stacks on an Ogre ring it cannot fail. I one shot PRI at 38 stacks, one shot DUO at 38 stacks, I know another person who one shot TRI at 38 stacks, and meanwhile a guildmate attempted PRI at 37 stacks and failed.

No Failstacks build-up, if game “knows”
